Tania graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2013 from Unitec in Auckland. Tania uses gentle non-manipulative and cranial techniques to allow whole body stresses and strains to be diagnosed and released. She enjoys assisting people of all ages from babies to older adults and has undertaken post-graduate courses in myofascial release, ligament balancing, biodynamic cranial techniques and pediatrics.
Tania is also a HeartMath teacher and Golden Heart Wisdom ambassador, teaching online and in-person workshops, groups and individuals heart-based mindfulness and breathing techniques that can powerfully and gently ease stresses and anxiousness, enhance clarity, confidence and energy, and increase enjoyment of life no matter what is going on around us, empowering us from the inside out.
